Job Summary: This Full-Time Position is Responsible for General Customer Service, Order Processing, Office Operations and Serving as a Liaison with Factories.
Days and Hours of Work are Monday-Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM.

If this is you, please read on: Customer Support & Inside Sales Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Providing customer support on product selection and product application. • Ability to ask customer for an order at time of quotation. • Ability to recognize the need to negotiate prices, terms, or quotations with customers. • Preparing and following up on customer quotations in a timely manner. • Coordinating prompt handling of customer service requests, such as order entry and expediting, pricing inquires, credit requests, RGA processing and freight claims. • Communicating customer activity with our outside salespeople and factory management. • Acting as a liaison with factory contacts and communicates with key factory people when necessary.
Computer Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Order entry, including daily close-out & confirmation of completed orders. • Inventory System; ability to maintain prices, stock checks, order search, stock receipts. • Keeping our customer database current in all computer applications. • Accessing and downloading internet data regarding products we represent as well as competitive products. • Maintaining Sales Analysis Files. • Performing Month End Procedures.
General Office Duties but are not limited to:
• Answering phones in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. • Filing. • Updating salespeople and office staff of new factory literature, price sheets, and current sales promotions.
Miscellaneous Duties include, but are not limited to: • Anything else that needs to get done.
Work Environment: • This job operates in a professional office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, multi-function copier/scanner/fax machines and printers.
Previous work experience in a front line service position or a general office position preferred. Industry or previous experience with an Independent Manufacturer’s Rep a plus. Passion for service with a strong customer-focus and the ability to provide a superior level of service. Ability to multi-task. Excellent attitude and customer contact skills, along with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic. Must have the willingness to learn the job as you go. Intermediate to advanced technical/computer skills, with the ability to utilize at least 3 or 4 different applications at one time. Proficient working with the Windows 7 platform and using Microsoft Office Products. QuickBooks experience a plus. Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 a plus.
High School Diploma and current drivers' license required. 2 or 3 years college preferred.
