Abbott Associates is expanding and is currently looking to hire for Inside Sales/Customer Service Postions.
This position is responsible for order processing and expediting, as well as a liaison with our manufacturers.
Inside Sales & Customer Support Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing customer support on product selection & application. Prompt handling of customer requests such as entering orders, product pricing, order expediting, processing credits and order maintenance. Communicating customer activity with our outside salespeople and factory management via email, phone or written report. Preparing and following up on customer quotations in a timely manner.
General Office Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones in a professional, efficient, courteous manner. Working with warehouse staff to insure accuracy of customer orders and inventory control. Filing. Updating salespeople and office staff of new factory literature, price sheets and current promotions.

Minimum Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating systems and Office software. Demonstrate basic math skills. Prior office experience preferred. High School diploma/GED and a current drivers license required.
